On Tutorial 2-4 for the new ArcGIS Pro 3.1 book the Neighborhoods feature appears to be missing a data table. Where can I get it?

Thank you, Craig. The problem was that when the tutorial was first opened, without my doing anything else, the Neighborhood feature had an exclamation point in the Content pane indicating it did not have an associated data file. Renaming it didn't help. I was able to get it fixed by dragging the Neighborhoods feature class from the catalog pane into the Contents pane and deleting the other original Neighborhoods feature from the contents pane. For some reason the initial Neighbors feature in the contents pane wasn't connected to anything. In any case, problem solved!

Hi,

I just checked that tutorial and didn't notice any issues. There is a step where you are supposed to rename a layer and if you happen to have missed that step, it might seem like that layer is missing from the data download.

Step 2. In the Contents pane, click Neighborhoods, and rename the layer Over age 60
receiving food stamps.

I'll make a note to look at this in the next edition and see if we can streamline the tutorial and skip the renaming step.

Thanks,

Craig

Hi Scott,

That's unexpected, but I'm glad you were able to work it out!
