Posting this to see if anyone has tried a similar analysis and run into the same issue. I'm trying to measure parcels for an entire city. I'd like measurements for the frontage (portion of the parcel line(s) on the street), side lines, and rear. I have found a workflow to determine frontage, which is selecting the split parcel lines that share a line segment with the ROW. I have not found a good way to find and manipulate the side lines and rear. The split parcel lines share all of the same attributes with the exception of OID and shape length & area. I need to somehow find a way to delineate the front from the sides and the rear so that I can measure each of their lengths for my analysis. Does anyone have any advice of tools or methods I can try to achieve this task? Can this be achieved in ArcGIS Pro, CityEngine, or even ArcGIS Urban? I have access to latest versions of ArcGIS Pro, CityEngine, and Urban.

I have attached a screenshot of an example of what I'm trying to achieve. This is a city block but I have circled one parcel for example of what I'm trying to do. Since I need to do this for thousands of parcels, I need to develop a workflow for this, it cannot be done manually.
