I am trying to create a gpk package through script in ArcGIS server. The script uses some tools of ArcMap. When i am using the option to create gps with Runtime support, the system is giving error that license is required. While the same gpk is being created in ArcMap with runtime support.
I am having ArcGIS server advanced version.
