As look to utilize Collector I can see the need for a user to know ahead of time what areas may require that he/she cache data due to poor or no cellular coverage in the area he will be working. Is anyone aware of cellular coverage data that is publicly available for the Southern U.S.?
Each carrier has their own and the data is proprietary, so not sure how you get it. FCC has data, but it's in a map here. Might be interesting to create your own map using data from the phones used in the field.
