I have added Low voltage Fuse called HRC , I want this fuse to act as subnetwork controller at the tier called Electric Secondary Mesh. But the existing valid Subnetwork controller is Low Voltage Network Protection/Network Protector. Our client use that HRC Fuse to connect with Low voltage conductor. How I can do ? I try to use Set Network Category tool and Set Subnetwork definition but doesn't retrieve it . Only support devices appointed by Esri as default subnetwork controllers

I need MV transformer(XFR LOW)-LV FUSE (HRC)-LV Conductor -LV Attachment-LV Service

You would need to add a Directional Terminal configuration to the HRC Fuse.  Or if you are using our latesest released Electric Model there is a Ring Terminal LV that can be a controller as well as several Low Voltage Fuses.   You should use the D_Rename capability of Apply Asset Package and rename one of these to the HRC Fuse and then you have your LV Fuse that is a subnetwork controller.
