A New Place to Share and Shape the Future of ArcGIS Enabled Digital Twins

Across industries, ArcGIS enabled Digital Twins bring together authoritative data, processes, real time information, 2D / 3D context, scenarios, and location to create a shared understanding of places, systems, and features to produce real-world outcomes.

The Digital Twin community plays a vital role in how ArcGIS is used and continues to evolve to support Digital Twins. Your ideas, questions, and real-world examples highlight the unique problems you are solving through outcome-based twins and where the Digital Twin team can continue to support you. We are excited to introduce the Digital Twin Ideas Exchange on Esri Community. This new space brings Digital Twin ideas together in one place and makes it easier for you to share feedback, explore ideas from peers, and help influence what comes next.

How to Participate in the Digital Twins Ideas Exchange

The Digital Twins Ideas Exchange is a dedicated area on Esri Community where you can:

  • Submit ideas for ArcGIS enabled Digital Twins
  • Explore and vote on ideas shared by other community members
  • Discuss and share context around workflows and use cases

Ideas in this space are grouped using labels that reflect key Digital Twin focus areas:

  1. Data Pipelines and Maintenance
  2. Architecture
  3. Integration
  4. Visualization
  5. Experience
  6. Decision Support

In an upcoming post, we will walk through each label in more detail and share guidance on how to choose the right one when submitting an idea.
