WMS SLD support for ArcGIS Javascript API

Add ArcGIS Javascript API support for injecting/applying SLDs (Styled Layer Descriptor) in OGC WMS.  

Include a "style" atttribute for a new WMS layer, as well as a "setStyle" function on the esri.layers.WMSLayer class.
