I created a tool, I've wrapped these tools in a windows installer. So my fellow teammates can use this installer to add-in the tool's to the ArcGIS Pro. Sometimes fellow users are facing issue in opening the tool. They're able to add-in the tool and it's displaying on ribbon, when they clicked to open it, it shows ("The tool is failed to open").
What could be the reason for this? why my tools are not opening smoothly upon the tools are displayed on ribbon. This scenario happens for very less users not for all.
