Arcade Editor: Add Filter/Search in Globals Section

Please add a Filter/search function in the Globals area. When diving into $feature it is surprisingly time consuming to track down a field of interest by scrolling through a long list of fields. On the fly filtering by passing a small snippet of text to filter on would help with this.
I've heard some rumors that a new Arcade Editor is under construction. Hopefully something like this can make it in.
For an example, look no further than the next section over. This is already provided in the Functions section.
