Adding a new attribute field "attach_type" to the Attachment table to classify attachments. We created a survey123 form for uploading multiple files. The files were uploaded successfully but we don't find an option to classify them. For example, files can be vaccination cards, covid tests, etc. I think will be a good idea to add an attachment type attribute field and allows the user to create a domain list to use for this field.
