Output - Replace and Update function does not work correctly (ADP_102139 error)

I am getting this error when I try to update records using the data pipeline. The layer has editing turned on for others to edit in Pro and in the Web App. I know the editing settings have something to do with this issue, but I am not sure what exactly. I have turned off sync like another user found to be a problem.
Can someone tell what might be the issue?
