Enable SQL Expressions in Data Pipelines

When pulling in data from Data Pipelines, I would love the option to enter a raw SQL query rather than interacting with a series of dropdowns from the SQL builder.

I oftentimes have a large number of attributes I would like to filter by,  and having to select each item one-by-one is cumbersome.

Additionally, I had run into a apostrophe/quote backend escaping bug that I think would have been avoided if I were able to just type the query in.

I know this functionality lives in other Esri products (for example, the definition query modal in ArcGIS Pro), so hoping it would be possible in Data Pipelines!
