Wierd behavior with Citrix deployed ArcGIS Desktop and File Geodatabases

I have been having an issue with our Citrix users when they access a file geodatabase.  The Citrix session keeps connecting to the file GDB and the lock files are hanging up and the user is unable to then edit.

Any insight from the Citrix users out there would be helpful!
