Until recently, I had been using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5, but have since upgraded to 3.4.3, which is current as of this post. I used to be able to append rows from a geodatabase table into a Snowflake table but have found that I am no longer able to do so - I now get this message:
ERROR 160946: This operation is not allowed.
I know it isn't a schema issue because when I try it with the schemas forced to match, it gives me a schema mismatch error - this error is happening when I use the field map and set everything up properly. Has something changed in ArcGIS with Snowflake compatibility?

Connect to Snowflake from ArcGIS—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
I wonder if you need to update the Snowflake ODBC driver? You can find more about how to connect to Snowflake via this URL - Connect to Snowflake from ArcGIS—ArcGIS Server | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise and Requirements for using ArcGIS 11.4 and ArcGIS Pro 3.4 with databases in the cloud—ArcGIS Enterprise ...
I should clarify that we can still fully connect to Snowflake in ArcGIS and download SF tables into geodatabases; we just can't upload to SF from GIS anymore.
