I am having issues with ArcMap 10 SP3 and georeferencing a tiff file. When I go to add control points using the georeferencing toolbar it takes a very long time before it allows be to add the points. It often freezes up completely and has even crashed. I tried this on a colleagues computer (ArcMap 10.1) and there were no issues when trying to georeference. The functionality of the rest of the software seems fine and it doesn't matter if I have an .mxd open or am doing this from a blank map template. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if this is a common issue with ArcMap 10?
