I have an issue with my services constantly timing out and users are saying it is acting very slow and freezing. I have monitor and this is what I was receiving below. The Water Group was set to dedicated instance and now I am wondering if it should be shared. If this doesn't get fixed the users will stop using the programs. I am not an expert on this subject so any ideas to get this working is much appreciated.

Hi @Laura,
In ArcGIS Server Manager, check the min/max instances of your service:
Then navigate to you Logs > Statistics in ArcGIS Server Manager:
Click on any of the graphs below. Uncheck Site on the left, and select the service(s) in question:
Change the metric at the bottom to Service Maximum Instances Running:
If you see the max instances of the service(s) are being used, this is an indication that you need to increase the max amount.

For some reason it is not letting me check any boxes.
Try a different browser, and make sure you are signed in as an Administrator.
I can only select one at a time and when I switch the show to something else the graph doesn't actually change. I tried on 2 browsers.
1. What version of ArcGIS Server?
2. Is it federated with Portal?
3. Can you send some screen shots/video of the behavior your experiencing?
11.2. Yes it is federated.
Finally worked must just be really really slow..? Not sure if these errors have anything to do with it.
Overall this was a great tool to look at, thanks for pointing it out to me!
