Right Click Option Missing

When creating a new feature, when I right click, I no longer see my hotkey options. Direction, Length, Delete Sketch, Finish Sketch, etc... The hotkeys still work, but none of them show up when I right click. Very frustrating as I don't know the hotkeys by heart.

I just did a fresh install of 10.1 on a new machine. Works fine on my workers machines.

are you editing in the right data frame?

Only one data frame. Data View.

Only thing that shows up is... Snap to Feature.

I tried turning the "Create features using templates" back on, but it still doesn't work.
