Not sure if this issue is completely due to sp3, but it is odd that this issue would arise immediately after updating to sp3. Anyway, I have a reverse geocoding process scripted that has worked perfectly with ArcGIS 10 sp2 for well over a month now. Yesterday I installed sp3 and now this same exact process doesn't add the address number into points that have been reverse geocoded. There doesn't appear to be any error message. In fact, the address number is completely absent from the address locator used to reverse geocode. This worked perfectly before, and I haven't changed the roads network at all. I moved a few points and went to re-run the process and it fails to put any address number in the locator at all. This is really most frustrating and confusing.

It is an issue that we will patch soon for 10.0 SP3.  I will update this forum when we have the patch.
