OS Land-Form PANORAMA Projection

I have downloaded the OS Land-Form PANORAMA DTM from the OS open data site, however, the DTM ASCII does not have a spacial projection in ArcMap
How can I project in to OSGB 1936 in ArcMap

I think you just need to define the coordinate system ("Define Projection" tool). Use "British National Grid."
