Anyone else had any problems with the imagery services since 10 was released and the services were "re-arranged" (for lack of a better term) into imagery services for 10, 9.3 and 9.2 at one location?

At work, I am running 10....and lately when I go to "Add Basemap" it just hangs forever and often crashes.....when I use a downloaded layerpack it usually works fine at first but will usually crash at some point.

MORE annoyingly, and perhaps my larger issue; at home I am running an old 9.2 version.  When the services were first re-arranged I had issues....namely the imagery just not showing up...or only the boundaries and places would show on the Topo layer.  Then for a while they all worked great.  Now when I add the layer pack for 9.2, the imagery is scrambled, like a TV with terrible reception....it does this for roads, shaded relief and world imagery.  If I add or turn on the Topo layer it automatically crashes ArcMap.  I've waited to see if the issue resolved itself like the first time but it has been quite some time now.....

I know that the old services were not to be maintained anymore but what is going on???

I'm having similar difficulties: running ArcInfo 10 on Windows XP. Had no problems with the basemap imagery until my son created a new Windows User account where none existed before. Now, cannot open a map document with basemap imagery nor can I add basemaps to a new map document. It crashes every time.

I've installed the recent SP; I've uninstalled and installed the software... nothing works. Don't think it's an error with my data, it happens all the time. Very frustrating.

Anyone have any luck sorting this issue out?  I have one user only experiencing this problem.

Service Pack is current - seems to happen with US Topo layer particularly.  Wondering if this is perhaps some kind of memory issue (he's using a lower spec machine).

Thoughts?
