New Geo Database loading Qs.

Hi

    I am new to Geodatabase.  Setting up a new GDB in Oracle 11g.  Would like to know how the Data & Maps available for windows platform can be imported into the GDB? 

   Having the GDB in Oracle is to make the data & maps available for multiple users.  How do I go about loading the new GDB?

What type of data and maps (windows platform)?  Do you have older ArcGIS data that you want to include in the new GDB?

Is that oracle spatial 11g you are using or oracle 11g with SDE?
