Hi,

What should I do to display a mosaic dataset at all scales?

That is, you can always view it on screen.

... yes I did,....but if I use full extend just I see the boundaries...

There are more ideas here​. Check that you have access to the rasters, and that the rasters haven't moved since building the mosaic dataset.
