Mosaic dataset is not working after password change

We just changed password on our Oracle 11g database account. that account was geodata that we used as data connection. After changing the account some of our Mosaic datasets were not working. the error messsage as below:

Error opening mosaic dataset
Underlying DBMS did not accept username/password
Underlying DBMS did not accept username/password
Underlying DBMS did not accept username/password
Underlying DBMS did not accept username/password
...

The weird thing was if I clicked one of the Mosaic dataset that working fine and back to the one that failed/not working, it came back and worked properly. I could preview the table and geography. However if I tried to publish it as service, it backed to fail again.

Does anyone has similar issue as mine? just FYI, our environment is version 10 sp 1. ArcSDE is in Windows 2008  server and Oracle DB is in Unix AIX.
