I am trying to find urban areas for land classification. For this purpose, I plan to use Global and Local Moran's I.
Is there a way to calculate Moran's I for raster data? it seems ArcGIS 9.3 uses shape files for features.
What utilities I can use land classification in ArcGIS?
In literature, I see weighted variance and fractal analysis are used for raster data set. However they seem not to be integrated to ArcGIS.
