We are converting Annotation files from CAD by Using Import CAD Annotation tool, the plan is to create a single file in GIS from all CAD annotation files. Since there are a lot of CAD sheets all of them cannot be Imported in a single Output dataset. Next step is to Merge these annotation files that are converted from CAD. When I merge them the necessary fields become null, they are necessary because they hold Attributes that show up stuff on the map. I cannot Join the data afterwards because there is not a common field to join with. What can I do to prevent the null attributes to appear when I merge the annotation files??
