mean value of raster pixels

I have a shp of some cells bigger than pixel size of a raster, and I wanna extract a mean value of each cell of the pixels value inside them, help me!

Check out the Zonal Statistics tool with the Mean statistic, or the Zonal Statistics as Table tool which will return multiple meaningful statistics in table form.
