Good afternoon All!
I have a question. How do I prevent a layer in ArcGIS from being traceable? I have a high resolution Aerial photography but when I trace other features when editing it decides to slide up the edges of the raster polygons constantly. I want to prevent this from happening without having to switch of the layer.
Is this possible as making the layer simply 'Not Selectable' does not work?
