Is Puerto Rico Vertical Datum 2002 available in ArcGIS 10.3?

Hi,

I have not been able to find Puerto Rico Vertical Datum 2002 in ArcGIS 10.3 even though it has been available  for some several years in NOAA-National Geodetic Survey.

I can not find it on the CRS Vertical for North America and I can not use NAV88 because it is not applicable for PR. We need PRVD02 because the Federal Government is using this datum to geo reference some data.

I will appreciate any help.

It's will be in 10.3.1, and in the Oceans folder.
