Is my problem geocoding or something else

Hi everyone,
I have a population of app. 100.000 persons which I have geographical coordnates on. I can load all of them into GIS - no problem. But when i use Network Analyst and ask it to solve the routes based on a national road network (cloasest facility), I get an error for app. 5% of my observations. The error says "Warning: location xxx in "facilities" is on a non-traversable network element position".... For the remaining 95%, Network analyst caluclate the shortest route.

Is this problem missing geocoding or is it called something else?

Sounds more like a network data set issue. In nation wide data set I'd guess the chances of disconnects are pretty good.
