Dear Forum, The Data Interoperability extension comes with normal arcgis desktop, or need to buy like 3d, spatial analyst. please could any one clarify me.
Data Interoperability is an extra cost extension delivered on all ArcGIS desktop install media. You can install it without licensing it and use a small subset of its functionality (reading GML-based formats) but the full functionality requires a license, just like other extensions.
