We are doing assessment for locations of tagged whale shark in Arabian sea. Sea surface temperature and Chlorophyll are the two parameters we are using. Linear scaling of SST data was done in SAGA GIS also ArcGIS. But the logarithmic scaling for chlorophyll data I could not get correct results in any software (suggested scaling is LOG). This is the info in metadata for chlorophlyll. But applying log to the image gives values in negative.
If anyone has done this in ArcGIS please help.
