Can somebody explain me how to create feature service from scratch?
I've got ArcGis for Server 10.1 Enterprise and ArcGis for Desktop 10.1 Basic!
I need an explanation which show whole way of creating feature service step by step like a tutorial
with python script included and etc.
It's already took a lot of my time and i still have got nothing=(
I have to create a layer which should be editable in browser and should save all its edited polygons in server.
Please help me!
