How to add a simple constraint in a file geodatabase

I  want to add a constraint to make the value of a column "A" always bigger than the value in column "b".  This has to go on a file geodatabase.  On a personal GDB this is not hard but on a file gdb I have not firgured out how to do it.  My best guess is it can be done in XML? Has anybody done it?

Sorry for digging up this old post, but I currently ave the exact same question.

Is there an easy way to implement simple constraints in a File Geodatabase (foreign key constraints, for example)?

I couldn't find any documentation on that...
