Hello,
I'm an undergraduate student pursuing an independent study to compare satellite collected Chlorophyll A concentration data (found that MODIS data is best bet for comparison, suggestions for using other data sets welcome) to field collected data. So far I've downloaded MODIS files for L0, L1, and L2 processed files, but they're not viewable in ArcGIS initially. They can be converted into HDF files, but ArcGIS will only display a limited subset of the original file and for some reason it is appearing upside down.
Does anyone know a way to reliably render MODIS L1 and L2 processed files in ArcGIS?
