Last Wednesday, as well as today, I am unable to geocode a very small excel spreadsheet, with clean addresses, to the US rooftops or streets locators using the 10.0 online locators. The addresses come back matched to US zip code centroids, despite my selecting rooftops or streets. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm assuming its a server problem and I am trying to get a tech ticket opened for more information.
If I go into each matched zip code address and select US streets as the locator, I can interactively match that way. However, I am not interested in having to do each one individually. Please help.
