My geocoder service hasnt been able to return me accurate results. For example in my reference data there are 5 addresses starting with 7 abc:

  • 7 abc aaa
  • 7 abc bbb
  • 7 abc ccc
  • 7 abc ddd ddd
  • 7 abc eee eee

Yet everytime when I key in 7 abc and press search, the FindAddressCandidates only returns me the first 3 results (7 abc aaa to ccc) and a bunch of other less related results. The last two addresses (d and e) are totally missing.

I do understand that the last two address are slightly different as they have one more word, but any idea on how i can improve the accurarcy of the geocoder service? I'm using US Single House locator style, arcGIS 10.3.1 and have enabled suggestions for the geocoder.

Xev,

I would adjust the Spelling sensitivity and/ or the Minimum candidate score of the geocoder
