EZ Profile For ArcMAP 10 (Easy Profiler)

HI;

I don't know if this is the correct section of this forum to write about my problem.

I would like to use Easy profiler tool to export the DEM.tif's data in an exel file to import them in MATLAB. Where can I find this tool for ArcGis 10?

It is not an Esri Tool.  It was an ArcScript and the last published one looks like 9.3. I would recommend using the Interpolate Shape tool within 3d Analyst and then use the profile graph toolbar button. You can then export the values to a table that way.
