I am using ArcGIS 10 and trying to figure out how to export point symbols to CAD, for instance sewer manholes. When I just export the feature class to Microstation I get only points that I can't manipulate, i.e. scale.
I have found the info about exporting point features & attributes as block references. My problem is I use Microstation and have only found how to make the DGN seed file. I can't make the 'block references' that are called for in "Exporting attribute values to AutoCAD block attributes". Anyone know how to do this for Microstation?
