I have created a feature class in WGS84 with default settings.
There is default domain created as below. What does it mean ?

xmin, xmax (-400, 9006799.25474099)
ymin, ymax (-400, 9006799.25474099)

I have already seen this. It is about resolution, tolerance. But not domain. Please advice..

have you tried the obvious of creating a new geodatabase using default settings, then creating a new featureclass?  You will have something to compare to at least.  And if possible, get someone else to log in to your machine and do the same to ensure it isn't a profile issue as well
