Display IDA (*.img) files in Arcmap (conversion to *.rst)

Hey all,

somebody can help me? I have an *.img file, which is IDA header and would lke to work with it in ArcGis. Therefore need to convert it to some supported file format, preferably *.rst.
The other way round works perfectly with gdal_translate, but I could not find anything for IDA to rst.

I managed to create a *.bil format now (Not *.hdr labeled but def). Can I translate it to a usable file format for ArcMap (without scripting - just want to display it and not start learning a new language herefore)?
