Hi there,
I have a large number of rasters in various formats (.jpg, .sid, .tif) that were georeferenced using the Update Georeferencing function (all 1st order polynomial/affine transformations). These rasters were zipped up with their accompanying world files in order to be made downloadable. However, only the .jpg files (with their accompanying .jgw files) retain their spatial reference. Updating the georeferencing on the .tif and .sid rasters yielded .tfwx and .sdwx world files and a missing spatial reference error message when downloaded and loaded into a new map document. By removing the x from a .sdw(x) and reloading the file, the image appears to be loaded in the right position, but its projection appears to be undefined and its units missing. Is there any way to generate working world files for all of these images? I've tried running a iterator-driven model with the Copy Raster function but the world files that it yields are similarly unusable. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jordan
