Convert surfer srf files to arcgis-readable format?

Hi Folks,

I was passed some old surfer srf files.  I don't have Surfer on my machine.  Is there any way to convert them to an arcgis-readable format (shp i assume)?  Or do I have to find someone with Surfer who can convert them for me?
