I am trying to export a complex polygon layer to kml(using the toolbox "layer to kml") so a client can view it using Google Earth. Each polygon is assigned a value (good, possible, poor and water) and should be shaded accordingly, as it appears in ArcMap. Problem #1 - when exported to kml, some of the polygons do not show up as filled, or as a polygon for the matter, I think, because of islands within the polygon that are assigned a different value than the polygon that surrounds them. Problem #2 - the kml file is approximately 90mb and severely affects the functionality of Google Earth(or crashes it) once opened.
