Auto Complete Polygon

Auto complete polygon tool not working in my ArcGIS 10.1 Desktop.
Anybody help me plz.

How are you doing it? I just tried it and it works fine....

If you're trying to extend an existing polygon, rather than just create an adjacent polygon, you'll need to merge them together after the Auto Complete process (easiest to do this as part of the editing session).
