Arcsde with Oracle RAC installation guide

Hi,

we have oracle 10g with two database servers ( individual IP and oracle SID) in RAC setup. Currently we installed arcsde 9.3.1 in one database server. But we want to use both servers for ArcSDE and get the advantage of oracle RAC facility.
How can we achieve this.
