I connected a PostgreSQL database to an ArcMap Project and visualized data from the database in ArcMap. Simultaneously, I used ESRI's World street map as Background. ArcMap crashes when I am trying to save the mxd with a "serious application error and is unable to continue". What's the Problem? Do I have to install the ArcGIS-1041-DT-SSMP patch, may also the ArcGIS-1041-BGDT-SSQI and ArcGIS-1041-DT-SSQI patches? I am using ArcGIS 10.4.1.
