ArcGIS Toolbar for USGS Seamless Data Warehouse

I've been unable to get the ArcGIS Toolbar working for the USGS Seamless Data Warehouse:
http://seamless.usgs.gov/toolbar.php

USGS advises me that it works with version 10.0, but not 10.1. Which leaves me up the creek, since I had to uninstall 10.0 to install 10.1.

Has anyone found a way to make this toolbar work in 10.1?
