I downloaded the ArcScript for ArcGIS Diagrammer 9.2/9.3 and installed it. We're running ArcGIS 9.3.1. When I try to start Diagrammer I get the message "This application has failed to start because AppInitializerLib.dll was not found...". Indeed I don't find that dll on my machine. Anyone know why it's not there? Should it be there?
