Address Locator for Colombia

I need to create an Address Locator for a city in Colombia, but the styles that are defined for arcgis 10 are not applied, the form is:

Mr # Gr - Pl

Mr = Major Route
Gr = Generator Route
Pl = Plate

For example:

Kr 10 # 15-30

How can i create an Address Locator in this way?
