I have a GPS data that the longitude and latitude was entered incorrectly. Is there a tool in ArcMap to correct this into the correct position to match up with the rest of the data.

...longitude and latitude was entered incorrectly....

Define incorrectly; the format? the values?

...correct this into the correct position to match up with the rest of the data...

The rest of what data?  In your geodatabase?  In the GPS collection device itself?

Can you determine (and subsequently describe) the source of the error?

That should just about do it....

if you only have a few points, correct it in the gps... the DNRGPS (google it) program is used widely by people in the esri community to serve as a communicator between a gps and arcmap
